The streams
What it takes to get there
The streams in full

Each stream opens into its chapter: what it is, how the money is made, the formula and its assumptions, how we get there, the handoffs, where it came from, and what is still undecided. Recovered 10/15/26 from the June 28 model and the operating chapters. Every figure keeps its label — a recovered number is not a current result, and a proposed step is not a decision made.

Marketing

Sorted by how much it affects us — not by who owns the channel. Every entry keeps its label: a loss is dollars actually gone, a limitation is what something prevents, and unquantified means we know it matters and do not yet have the number. Nothing is dropped for lacking a number.
